Proposed Bylaws Changes

The TCTU Board has proposed some changes to our chapter bylaws that will be voted on at our Annual Meeting on January 27, 2025.  Details are below.

The changes are:

1. Add our website to forms of notices
2. Consolidate the period of notice to 30 days for the following (currently there is a mix of 30- and 60-day notices):
   1. Notice of annual meeting
   2. Notice of elections to Board of Directors
   3. Eliminate alternate notice definitions use
